This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious rooms and excellent service. Guests are welcomed with cold towels, water, and fruit upon arrival. the rooms are large and clean, and the bathrooms have excellent showers. the staff is super friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request or inquiry. the breakfast options are varied, with both Western and Asian choices available. the hotel also offers transport and guided tours ' convenience.
One aspect of the hotel needs improvement. the fan on the balcony is not functional.

the staff at Angkor Yellow Villa were excellent - some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've encountered in a hotel. the manager, Suphanna, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even picking us up from the bus station late at night and arranging tickets and tuk tuks for us. the newly renovated room was spacious and clean, and for the price, the hotel provided excellent value for money. the facility and amenities were great, including a refreshing swimming pool and helpful tuk tuk driver. the receptionist, Lida, was extremely friendly and spoke excellent English, making our stay even more enjoyable. the atmosphere was fantastic and the level of service exceeded my expectations. Cons: Nothing everything was great! 😊.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at a small hotel with 8 rooms. the personalized service was exceptional, and the staff, especially Lida, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From organizing temple tours to recommending local spots and even cooking our breakfast, Lida was like a superwoman. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the price was affordable, and the overall experience was fantastic. Cons: None 🙌.

The hotel offered a free tuk-tuk pickup from the airport, which was a great start to the trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests. Plus, the location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. Another advantage was the beautiful garden and swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring.
The noise in the evenings, especially until the closing of the nearby discotheque. the hotel was a bit far from the center, requiring a tuk-tuk ride to get there.

I keep coming back to my favorite place in Siem Reap because they never disappoint. The staff's kind assistance to my elderly parents during our first stay still lingers. With amenities like free Wi-Fi, parking, AC, TV, outdoor dining, a restaurant. Can't wait for my next city trip!
